Connect your email inbox
Customer Support and SDR receive messages the same way: you forward your company’s support inbox to your agent’s unique Workasso address. Delivery uses Resend Inbound.
1. Get the agent’s address
Section titled “1. Get the agent’s address”In the agent panel at app.workasso.com/agents, copy the inbound address. It looks like this:
agent-XXXX@inbound.workasso.com2. Set up forwarding
Section titled “2. Set up forwarding”In your email provider, forward your support inbox (for example, support@yourcompany.com) to the agent’s address:
support@yourcompany.com → agent-XXXX@inbound.workasso.comThe exact path depends on your provider — in Google Workspace it’s under Settings → Forwarding; elsewhere, look for “forwarding” or “redirect”.
3. Test it
Section titled “3. Test it”Send a test email to your support inbox. Within moments it shows up in the approval queue as a draft waiting for your sign-off.
