What is Workasso

Workasso is a platform where you hire AI employees. Instead of configuring another tool, you hire an agent for a role, train it through conversation, and it takes over day-to-day work: reading email, replying on WhatsApp, triaging production errors, and qualifying leads.

The hiring metaphor

Everything in Workasso uses the language of a real team. You hire an agent, onboard it, train it, and approve the work it did. Each agent has a job title and an area of responsibility — it’s not a generic chatbot, it’s a specialized employee.

Approval-first

No reply reaches a customer without your sign-off. The agent drafts, you review it in the approval queue, and you decide whether to send, edit, or reject. Over time, on paid plans, you can unlock auto-approve for patterns it already handles well — but always on your terms.

The live agents

Customer Support — reads email and WhatsApp, drafts replies in your voice, and escalates sensitive cases.
Support Engineer — triages errors from Sentry, GitHub, and Vercel and hands you a ready-to-paste fix prompt.
SDR (Inbound) — qualifies prospects over email and WhatsApp and books demos via Cal.com.
