Training your agent

Training happens through conversation. At app.workasso.com/agents/[id] you chat with the agent and teach it what it needs to work your way.

What you teach is compiled into the agent’s behavior — into its system prompt. Two things go here:

  • Knowledge — facts about your business: products, prices, turnaround times, FAQs.
  • Policies — rules of conduct: tone of voice, what it can promise, when to escalate, what to never say.

You don’t have to hit “save”. When you navigate away from the agent’s page, the training is compiled automatically and applies to the next messages.

If a draft was already in the queue before your latest lesson, use the Redraft button in the approval queue to rewrite it with the updated training.
