Approval queue

The approval queue is the heart of the day-to-day. Every draft an agent writes stops here and waits for your decision. You’ll find it at app.workasso.com/approvals.

For each draft you can:

  • Approve — send the reply as is.
  • Edit — adjust the text before sending (and the agent learns from your edit).
  • Reject — discard the draft.

When several drafts follow the same pattern, select and approve them in bulk instead of opening one at a time.

If you trained the agent after a draft was generated, the Redraft button rewrites that draft with the updated training applied. Handy when you’ve just adjusted the tone or a policy and want the queue to reflect the change.
