Leads board
The leads board shows every prospect the SDR is working, organized by stage in the funnel. You’ll find it at app.workasso.com/leads.
The funnel
Section titled “The funnel”Each lead moves through the stages:
new → engaged → qualified → action_taken → won / lost- new — just arrived, not yet worked.
- engaged — the agent is already in conversation.
- qualified — reached your qualification threshold.
- action_taken — the defined action ran (e.g. demo booked).
- won / lost — final outcome.
Won and lost are confirmed by you
Section titled “Won and lost are confirmed by you”What’s been working
Section titled “What’s been working”The “What’s been working” panel collects recent outcomes so you can see, at a glance, which approaches are converting. It’s a practical summary for tuning the SDR’s training around what gets results.
